We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Erena after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

4.2 Entry Fees

Some tournaments may require entry fees. By paying an entry fee, you acknowledge that:

• Entry fees are paid to tournament organizers through our payment partners
• Refund policies are determined by individual tournament organizers
• Erena is not responsible for disputes between participants and organizers
• A platform service fee may apply to transactions

4.3 Prizes

Prize distribution is the responsibility of tournament organizers. Erena facilitates prize payments but does not guarantee prize fulfillment. Winners may be responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Tournament Organizers

5.1 Organizer Responsibilities

If you create and manage tournaments on Erena, you agree to:

• Provide accurate tournament information and rules
• Run tournaments fairly and in accordance with stated rules
• Honor prize commitments and payout schedules
• Respond to participant inquiries and disputes in good faith
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Payment Processing

Tournament organizers must connect a valid PayPal or Stripe account to receive entry fees. Organizers are responsible for all tax obligations related to tournament revenue.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software in tournaments
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or rules
• Manipulate match results or engage in match-fixing
• Share accounts or allow others to use your account
• Post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security
• Use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Impersonate other users or organizations

7. Payments and Fees

7.1 Payment Processing

All payments on Erena are processed through third-party payment providers (PayPal, Stripe). By making or receiving payments, you agree to their respective terms of service.

7.2 Platform Fees

Erena may charge service fees on transactions. These fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.

7.3 Refunds

Refund policies for tournament entry fees are determined by tournament organizers. Erena does not process refunds directly but may assist in resolving disputes.

7.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Erena Content

The Erena platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Farsoft and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Erena (such as profile information and messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the platform.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Game titles, logos, and related content are trademarks of their respective owners. Erena is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publishers unless explicitly stated.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

Erena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9.2 Tournament Outcomes

Erena is not responsible for tournament outcomes, prize disputes, or organizer conduct. We provide the platform; organizers and participants are responsible for tournament execution.

9.3 Third-Party Services

Erena integrates with third-party services (payment processors, games, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Actions of other users or tournament organizers
• Prize disputes or unfulfilled prizes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farsoft, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of Erena
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Tournaments you organize on the platform

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to use Erena immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Pending transactions may be canceled
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Tournament Disputes

Disputes related to tournament rules, results, or prizes should first be directed to the tournament organizer. Erena may assist in mediation but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

13.2 Platform Disputes

For disputes with Erena, please contact us at support@farosoft.io. We will make good faith efforts to resolve issues informally before any legal proceedings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
